Advocating the Citizen’s right of the constitution may get the attention of administration about granting Americans the freedom to gamble online. Vast majority of people have demanded the removal of the online gambling ban and respect individual freedom that is stated in the American Constitution.

Fun and games aside, online gambling involves huge amounts of money. A recent study showed that if online gambling was regulated according to Frank’s Bill, the online gambling industry would produce huge revenue of roughly $42 billion over the next decade. Maybe the administration should rethink the ban on online gambling, don’t you think? So it’s not just about allowing American’s their freedom to gamble online with various casino gambling games if they wish to, it’s also about the moolah this industry is going to bring in if it is deemed legal.

It is now that leaders need to actually think about what the UIGEA can actually achieve and even think of repealing it. Experts state that US residents deposit close to $100 billion at online casinos and poker rooms every year!

Barney Frank, the man behind all the effort to making online gambling legal and setting proper regulations, hopes that the bill will formally be considered by the House Financial Services Committee before the end of the year.

With so much money being generated by the online gambling, it would be crazy to enforce a ban on this money minting industry. Let’s just hope the government thinks likewise and gives US online gambling enthusiasts a break!
